Starbucks Menu with Prices & Calories

Every Starbucks drink and food item, sorted by category, with a price and calorie estimate next to it. A tall black coffee and a venti caramel Frappuccino with extra whip aren’t in the same universe calorie-wise, so once you know your order, build it in the calculator for the real number.

Try a drink name, a category like “cold coffees” or “bakery,” or a keyword like “value.”

A note on the numbers: size, milk, syrups, and whip all move the total more than people expect, and prices shift by region. If you want a real count for what you’re actually drinking, that’s what the calculator is for.

What People Actually Order

The drinks that show up in the app over and over, not the seasonal ones getting the marketing push.

Caramel Macchiato

$4.95–$5.95

Vanilla syrup, milk, espresso poured on top, caramel drizzle. The one most people can order without looking at the menu.

~250 cal (grande)

Pike Place Roast

$2.65–$3.45

Plain drip coffee. Cheapest thing on the board and basically zero calories black.

~5 cal (grande)

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

$4.75–$5.75

Cold brew with a float of sweet cream on top instead of stirred in. Deceptively easy to drink.

~190 cal (grande)

Strawberry Açaí Refresher

$4.45–$5.45

No coffee in it at all. Fruit juice base with real strawberry pieces, usually with lemonade or coconut milk added.

~90 cal (grande)

Caramel Frappuccino

$5.45–$6.45

Blended coffee and ice with caramel syrup, topped with whipped cream. This is where the calorie count starts climbing fast.

~380 cal (grande)

Why the Total Changes So Much

Two people can order “the same drink” and end up with completely different calorie counts. Here’s what actually moves the number.

Milk choice

Whole milk, oat milk, and nonfat all land in a different place, and it’s a bigger swing than most people expect.

Syrup pumps

Each pump adds sugar and calories, and grande drinks default to more pumps than a tall.

Whipped cream

Adds roughly 80 to 100 calories on its own, on top of whatever the drink already had.

Size

Going from tall to venti isn’t a small bump. It’s close to double the syrup and milk in some drinks.

Know What You’re Actually Drinking

Everything above is a starting point for a standard order. Pick your size, milk, and syrups in the calculator to get the real number for your exact drink.

No. Prices vary by city and store, and company-operated locations can price differently from licensed ones inside grocery stores or airports.
Yes. Black coffee, Americanos, and unsweetened tea are close to zero calories. Refreshers made with light ice and no sweetener also run low, usually under 100 calories.
A Frappuccino is blended with ice into a slushy texture and usually has more sugar and calories. Iced coffee is just coffee poured over ice, so it stays much lower in calories.
Most drinks are vegetarian by default. For food, the Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap and most bakery items work, though check individual ingredients if you’re avoiding gelatin or specific additives.
No, they’re estimates for a standard build at grande size. Milk, syrup, and whip change the number a lot, so use our Starbucks Calorie Calculator for your specific order.
