Cava Menu with Prices & Calories

Every Cava base, protein, dip, and topping, sorted by category, with a price and calorie estimate next to it. A bowl can land anywhere from 350 to 900 calories depending on what you scoop on, so once you know your build, use the calculator to get the real number.

Try an ingredient name, a category like “dips” or “toppings,” or a keyword like “vegetarian.”

A note on the numbers: dips like hummus and harissa carry more calories than people expect, and pita adds a fair bit on its own. If you want a real count for what you’re actually eating, that’s what the calculator is for.

What People Actually Order

The combinations that show up in most bowls, not the ones getting a seasonal push.

Grilled Chicken Bowl, Greek Vinaigrette, Hummus

~500 cal

About as close to a default order as Cava has. Lean protein, one dressing, one dip, nothing excessive.

Before extra toppings

Bowl vs. Pita

~290 cal difference

Same everything inside, except the pita bread adds close to 300 calories that a bowl skips entirely.

Bread only

Crazy Feta

~120 cal

Spicy whipped feta. One of the more popular dips, and heavier than plain feta crumbles.

Full scoop

Lemon Herb Tahini

~140 cal

The richest dressing on the list. Worth knowing if you’re stacking a dip and a dressing on the same bowl.

Full scoop

Braised Lamb

~240 cal

The highest-calorie protein option, and also the only one with an upcharge.

Why the Total Changes So Much

Cava doesn’t hand you a fixed entrée. You’re building it scoop by scoop, and dips carry more weight than people expect going in.

Bowl vs. pita

The bread alone adds close to 300 calories before any fillings change.

Dips add up fast

Hummus, feta, and tahini dressing are each over 100 calories a scoop, and it’s easy to add two or three.

Protein choice

Braised lamb runs close to double the calories of grilled chicken for the same portion.

How many scoops

Extra or double portions of any ingredient add that ingredient’s calories again, not a flat amount.

Know What You’re Actually Eating

Everything above is per ingredient. Build your actual bowl or pita in the calculator, scoop by scoop, to get the real total.
